No More Bodies began as a challenge taken on by five men ranging in age from early twenties to early fifties who answered the challenge of giving up three things for forty days - namely SEX including any form of self indulging pleasure. No More Bodies means no more fruitless and meaningless sex just because there's an attraction or heightened sexual energy. Using sexual transmutation as one of the strategies to work on themselves individually, it was discovered that they each had similar stories. It is through these discoveries that makes the decision to become more intentional that much more prevalent. For a plethora of reasons, we as black men have been distracted to the point where culturally we haven't competed on a global scale in business which trickles down to every aspect of our communities. No More Bodies seeks to deconstruct self-destructive narratives (many of which have been instituted by our oppressors) and to be intentional about defining ourselves, our communities, our value systems and how we will raise the vibration and awareness of what a man is and what a man does. Not from a European construct, but from an African Centered Construct...
